APV Monitor

APV Monitor is an R&D project on agri-PV. Its objective is to develop monitoring solutions for agri-PV-power plants. From simultaneous and fully autonomous drone inspections of PV and plant growth to the techno-economic optimization of the operation phase of such integrated PV concepts. We will test all developments at “Alt-Morschenich Agri-Food and Energy park” of Forschungszentrum Jülich.

The project consortium consists of Volateq GmbH (project lead), PVRADAR Labs GmbH and Forschungszentrum Jülich. A big thanks to Innovationsförderagentur NRW who accepted us in their Energie.In.NRW program. The project is co-financed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Action and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and the European Union.

AuDroMon Research Project

AuDroMon stands for Autonomous Drone Monitoring. The research project entails the development of a comprehensive system for fully automated and widespread monitoring of CSP (Concentrated Solar Power) solar plants. This system includes an autonomous drone landing platform intricately linked with automated measurement data analysis with our Volateq solar analytics software. The goal is to establish a seamlessly integrated solution that enables efficient and continuous surveillance of CSP solar installations.

Thank you for support and cooperation with this project to SkychargeBCN Drone Center, Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz, Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt e.V. and Projektträger Jülich (PtJ).
