Volateq was founded in 2020 by three solar engineers with a shared passion for improving the performance of renewable energy assets.
Our journey began nearly a decade earlier in sunny Almería, Spain, where we first crossed paths while working on advanced solar research at the renowned Plataforma Solar de Almería (PSA).
Backed by years of experience at the German Aerospace Center and deep roots in industry-related research, we recognized a critical opportunity: the need for smarter, faster, and more cost-effective inspection solutions for solar power plants.
